• Familiarity with PDMA sampling requirements.
• Proficiency in compliance training and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage aggregate spend and transparency reporting systems ensuring federal and state law compliance.
• Oversee external funding requests and sample accountability in line with PDMA.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and training aligned with industry regulations.
• Identify compliance risks and provide practical guidance.
• Support special projects.
