Job summary

Travel Incorporated is hiring a Travel Consultant for our Contact Center. You’ll begin with 9 weeks of paid training through TI University. Training is in-person for local candidates with remote elements for others; after training you’ll work remotely with ongoing team support.

You’ll build travel plans, offer personalized advice, and guide clients through itineraries while developing your skills from basic bookings to more complex planning.

Qualifications

• A strong customer service mindset and desire to help clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using email, chat, and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a structured environment.
• Previous client service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or assumed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and chats after training.
• Listen to client goals and tailor travel solutions accordingly.
• Present itinerary options and travel best practices to clients.
• Deliver high-quality service to drive client satisfaction and meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.
