Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and communication logs.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and travel suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.
