Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking a Remote DestinationCoordinator to assist clients with vacation planning, bookings, and destination information, all from a home-based setup. No prior travel industry experience is required as we provide complete training.

You will handle inquiries via email, chat, or phone, gather traveler preferences, and send confirmations and itineraries. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this flexible, fully remote role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone
• Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements
• Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates
• Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations
• Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages
• Take notes and maintain accurate records
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Learn and use travel tools provided during training
