Allergy Aware Adventures is seeking Travel Client Services Coordinators who excel at organizing, communicating, and helping clients craft memorable trips. This remote role focuses on planning vacations, coordinating accommodations, and guiding clients through every step of the booking process.

No previous travel industry experience is required; training, resources, and ongoing support are provided. The position offers remote, flexible scheduling and access to established suppliers and booking

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with email, phone, and online platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on preferences, needs, and budgets.
Coordinate accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements.
Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
Review reservations and travel details for accuracy; assist with reservation updates, changes, and client questions.
Provide destination information, recommendations, and helpful travel resources.
Maintain organized records of client requests and booking information.
Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel options.
