Job summary

Allergy Aware Adventures is seeking motivated individuals to help clients research and coordinate vacation experiences. The Vacation Services Coordinator researches destinations, compares options, and organizes reservation details with personalized support throughout the planning process.

Remote role with a flexible schedule, training resources, mentorship, and established systems to support success. Travel industry experience is not required, and resources are provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively while coordinating multiple itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Research vacation destinations and travel options.
• Assist with resort, cruise, theme park, and vacation package planning.
• Coordinate client reservation information and follow up schedules.
• Provide destination recommendations and travel resources to clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout planning.
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Complete travel supplier and destination training and onboarding.
• Provide continued assistance throughout the client's planning experience.
