Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in travel insurance claims assessment or administration.
• Strong understanding of travel insurance policies, risks, and claim procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple claims.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and validate travel insurance claims with required documentation.
• Investigate claim details including policy coverage and incident circumstances.
• Communicate with policyholders, providers, and agents to gather information.
• Assess claim validity and make fair settlement decisions.
• Process approved claims for payment and record activities in the system.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Stay updated on travel trends and regulatory changes.
