Aisles & Abroad is seeking a friendly, goal-oriented Appointment Setter for a fully remote role. You will reach out to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our travel planning services while representing a responsive, client-focused team.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly by phone, email or video, stays organized with calendars or CRM tools, and thrives in a self-managed remote environment. Prior hospitality or customer service interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospective clients
• Able to organize outreach and manage scheduling via calendars or CRM
• Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video platforms
• Self-motivated, remote-friendly, and reliable internet access

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our hotel booking services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for travel advisors and hotel specialists
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and appointment status
• Respond to basic inquiries and direct more detailed questions to the appropriate team member
• Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued interest and engagement
• Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion
