Lever, Inc. is a rapidly growing travel agency helping clients plan unforgettable getaways, cruises, hotels, and all-inclusive packages.

We are hiring entry-level Travel Assistants to support research, bookings, and client communications with full training provided. You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., handling options, supplier communications, and follow-ups on details and confirmations while learning supplier systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
