Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking Online Travel Reservations Advisors to help clients plan and book vacations. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with the flexibility to work from anywhere with internet access.

You will research destinations, arrange reservations, create customized itineraries, and provide excellent service before, during, and after travel. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and email.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for travel and helping others.
Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations.
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages.
Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests.
Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details.
Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
