Destination Careers is seeking Online Travel Assistants for a remote role with training provided. You will help clients plan vacations, research options, build itineraries, and collaborate with travel agents from a network of suppliers.

This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to pursue part-time or full-time engagement from anywhere in the United States. No prior travel industry experience required; full online training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable using the internet and basic computer programs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have access to WiFi and a smartphone or computer
• Self-motivated and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with travel research, quotes, and itinerary building
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs
• Collaborate with certified travel agents to support booking processes
• Attend virtual training sessions to gain certifications
• Maintain organization of client requests and vendor communications
• Share deals and travel offers via social media (optional)
