• Promote commission-based travel assistant opportunities.
• Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs.
• Track and manage performance to ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction.
• Commission-based compensation per successful booking.
• Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
