Job summary

The Flex is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter based in the Philippines or remote. You will manage travel bookings across OTAs, including accommodations and flights, while expanding the team with commission-based incentives.

You will onboard new members and guide them in effective trip bookings, tracking performance to ensure client satisfaction in a flexible remote setup. This role emphasizes travel industry networking, remote collaboration, and scalable processes

Qualifications

• Experience with OTA platforms and travel booking workflows.
• Proven ability to recruit and onboard remote team members.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations while aligning with client preferences and budgets.
