The ideal candidate has active licensing (CIC preferred), 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate needs
