Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall claims and litigation experience, preferably in commercial auto/trucking with PD and BI exposure.
• 2+ years in claims supervisory roles or equivalent.
• Active Adjuster’s License with willingness to obtain Florida or other jurisdictional license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-8 claims personnel and their caseloads.
• Oversee unit claim metrics and ensure reporting is current.
• Direct handling of files on pending claims across loss facts, coverage, investigation, liability, damages, and care coordination.
