Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation analytics, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Working knowledge of transportation operations and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to business partners.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance transportation BI solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and operational reports.
• Analyze transportation performance, cost, and service data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support transportation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across carrier performance, routing, mode selection, and network efficiency.
• Maintain and validate enterprise transportation KPIs and analytical standards across solutions.
• Conduct scenario and quantitative analysis to evaluate network changes and financial impacts.
• Prepare and analyze datasets to support optimization models and measure business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analyses and recommendations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through visualizations, reporting, and presentations.
