Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
10+ years transportation or supply chain experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional groups.
Demonstrated experience leading BI, transportation analytics, or optimization functions.
Experience with Oracle Transportation Management and Power BI; strong analytics background.

Responsibilities

Lead the Transportation Decision Intelligence strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Own the transportation analytics and optimization portfolio.
Direct transportation BI and executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and standards.
Identify and lead transportation optimization opportunities across network design, routing, and mode/carrier choice.
Establish governance, KPI definitions, reporting logic, and master data requirements.
Champion AI-enabled decision intelligence and sponsor capabilities that improve performance and financial results.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive adoption of analytics solutions.
Lead and develop a high-performing Transportation Decision Intelligence team.
