Job summary

B19 Consulting is seeking a Transmission Line Engineer in the United States to handle design projects for electric utilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to both Brownfield and Greenfield developments and coordinate with engineers, designers and clients across teams.

Requirements include 4+ years of utility transmission design experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency with PLS CADD. Knowledge of foundation tools MFAD/PLS CAISSON/RISA is a plus. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of utility transmission line design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong coordination with project engineers, designers and clients.
• Proficiency with PLS CADD software.
• Familiarity with MFAD, PLS CAISSON, L-PILE, and RISA.
• Designs for overhead transmission lines up to 500 kV.
