Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to plan, direct, and execute medium to large electric utility projects from a remote basis. You will lead project teams, deliver technical excellence, and ensure client satisfaction on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of transmission and substation engineering, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• PM experience in transmission and substation projects.
• Experience delivering complex programs on time and within scope/budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of substation or transmission projects for electric utilities.
• Design, permitting, construction, community engagement, and milestone delivery.
• Collaborate with global project teams to exceed client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead client presentations.
• Support business planning and profitable growth through proposals.
