Responsibilities

• Assist participants with housing searches and completing applications according to policies.
• Attend appointments and help set up apartments to participant preferences.
• Purchase furniture and coordinate utility services to ensure essential items are available.
• Maintain regular updates with case managers and participate in transition meetings.
• Track communications and document direct services; ensure timely reimbursements.
• Participate in ongoing training and teamwork to enhance skills and client impact.
• Contribute to creating safe, welcoming spaces that support dignity and independence.
