Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable insured vehicle for transporting clients.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to State/Federal regulations; promote a respectful, safe environment.
• Exceptional communication abilities and ability to connect with clients and families in preferred language.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with housing searches and completing applications following MRC policies and timelines.
• Attend appointments, help set up apartments to match participant preferences and arrange furniture and utilities.
• Maintain regular updates with case managers and attend transition meetings to support participants before discharge.
• Track communications, document direct services, and ensure timely submission of reimbursements.
• Participate in ongoing training and teamwork to enhance skills and client impact in a flexible work-from-home culture.
