Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of transformer service projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage expectations during execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and provide updates to management.
• Manage budgets and support cost-efficient delivery.
• Support post-project reviews and continuous process improvement.
