Job summary

Del Oro Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive a remote, multi-year Growth Initiative for a leading technology client.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies, and align activities with program objectives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and experience with PM tools (Asana/Workfront), capable of influencing stakeholders across time zones and functions to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs or multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both teams and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify gaps and drive work forward.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of a large, multi-year growth and transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams and workstream leads.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables, and key activities across assigned workstreams.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and workstream leads across the organization.
• Facilitate program meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear agendas, follow-up, action items, and accountability.
• Track program and workstream progress and provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate priorities and activities across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment with broader program objectives.
• Maintain organized and accurate program documentation, status reporting, and supporting materials.
• Help establish and maintain consistent processes, communication, and operating rhythms across the program.
• Anticipate needs, follow up on open items, and proactively drive actions to keep workstreams moving forward.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
