Job summary

PSI in St George, Utah seeks a transactional associate attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will draft and negotiate MSAs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements while supporting corporate governance and risk management.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, are admitted to practice in Utah, and excel in client counseling, contract drafting, and coordinating deal timelines under deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of transactional, corporate, or commercial law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Utah and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Advise on entity formation, governance documents, bylaws, operating agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic regulatory compliance guidance.
• Manage transaction timelines and coordinate closings.
