Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. in Saint George, Utah, seeks a motivatedTransactional Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will handle a broad portfolio of commercial contracts and provide strategic business-focused legal guidance. The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, vendor and employment agreements, along with advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

J.D. required from ABA-accredited law school.
Utah bar admission in good standing.
2–5 years transactional, corporate, or commercial law experience.
Strong drafting, risk identification and contract review skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review MSAs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
Advise on entity formation, bylaws, operating agreements, and governance documents.
Perform legal research and provide strategic regulatory compliance guidance.
Manage transaction timelines and closing deliverables.
