PSI is seeking a motivated Transactional Associate Attorney in St. George with 2–5 years of experience handling transactional, corporate, and commercial matters. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of contracts while advising clients on governance and regulatory issues.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, are admitted in Utah, and demonstrate strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills. Work From Home options and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Utah, active bar status.
• 2–5 years in transactional, corporate, or commercial law.
• Strong drafting skills with risk mitigation focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-relations ability.
• Proven multi-transaction management under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Advise on entity formation, governance documents and corporate structuring.
• Conduct legal research to interpret state and federal laws; provide strategic regulatory compliance advice.
• Manage transaction timelines, coordinate closings, ensure all deliverables and conditions are met.
