Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision of employees; oversee training, coaching, performance evaluations and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities for clients.
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities; manage project scope and milestones.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client reviews and approvals.
