Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting experience, ideally combining audit and transactions work.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA Licence or equivalent credentials encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Gather and manage data for engagements and build financial models.
• Conduct in-depth economic and industry research across diverse sectors.
• Analyze target company data to support financial due diligence and identify risks.
• Lead and mentor associates; manage projects and client deliverables.
• Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
