Job summary

SAX Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Transaction Advisory Services Director to lead end-to-end deal analysis for buy-side and sell-side engagements, including financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, net working capital and net debt analysis, and related areas.

The Director serves as a trusted advisor to private equity investors, lenders, and business owners, guiding engagement teams and developing practice processes to improve deal realization while meeting deadlines and managing GAAP-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Progressive experience in financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and business valuation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal control objectives, financial statement analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side due diligence engagements, including Quality of Earnings and Quality of Assets.
• Manage sell-side due diligence and consulting engagements.
• Identify issues and risks affecting purchase price and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Adjust earnings to reflect recurring operations and meet deadlines.
• Develop financial models, market multiples, and cash flow analyses.
• Originate and develop new business and lead proposals.
