Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.
• CPA certification required.
• Progressive experience in financial due diligence and valuation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side due diligence including Quality of Earnings and assets.
• Manage sell-side due diligence and related engagements.
• Identify deal risks and communicate to clients.
• Develop working capital analyses and capital needs.
• Build financial models and cash flow analyses.
• Lead business development and relationships with PE firms.
• Supervise and train staff and seniors.
