Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain required state Life & Health Insurance licensing.
• Experience in customer service or consultative roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training.
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom.
