Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a highly autonomous Manager to lead training across our Patient Coordinator, Billing Call Center, Patient Experience, and Document Control teams.

You will own training initiatives, leverage AI and analytics to identify skill gaps, build onboarding programs, and drive performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to create scalable learning programs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading training programs, ideally for inside sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in L&D (CPTD/APTD) or Lean Six Sigma and healthcare compliance (CPB/CPC/HIPAA) are a plus.
• Industry knowledge in medical billing, healthcare document control, or patient experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align training initiatives with long-term business objectives and operational goals.
• Use AI tools to optimize training material creation and automate workflows.
• Identify training needs across Patient Coordinators, Billing, Patient Experience, and Document Control.
• Design individualized and team-wide training plans addressing operational expectations.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing development; manage training team and resources.
• Measure ROI and KPIs using data analytics to guide improvements.
