Tallahassee Community College is seeking a full-time Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor to assist in the prosecution of impaired driving cases, working remotely while providing technical assistance to law enforcement and prosecutors across Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as an Assistant State Attorney in impaired driving prosecution, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and will reside in or north of central Florida. • At least two years of experience as an Assistant State Attorney in impaired driving prosecution.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend work.
• Residency in or north of central Florida upon appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the direction of the Florida TSRP Program.
• Assist in drafting yearly concept paper and budget.
• Assess training needs of prosecutors for impaired driving cases.
• Coordinate DUI training seminars and prepare related lectures.
• Provide in-court technical assistance for DUI prosecutions.
