Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Rising junior or senior preferred at the start of the internship.
• Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology/MIS, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Foundational analytical skills; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Excel is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support digital solutions for retailers and sales teams.
• Analyze data, trends, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate technical information into clear, useful communication for different audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Trade Program & Enablement, HQ, Sales, retail accounts, and technology partners.
• Contribute to a summer capstone project and present solutions.
• Build skills in automation, standardization, and project planning.
