Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related experience in trade compliance.
• Experience may be substituted with years of relevant trade compliance work in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements for international activities complying with regulations (ITAR/EAR).
• Train staff on U.S. trade compliance requirements.
• Conduct denied party screenings and resolve matches with justification.
• Prepare export/import documentation for international transactions.
• Interpret government responses and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Manage DoS/DoC authorizations and train program teams.
• Conduct internal and external audits and ensure compliant processes.
• Provide strategic export/import guidance and oversee travel/visitors compliance.
