Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst III to support import and export activities and ensure compliance with EAR, ITAR, and FTR for global movement of goods. This remote role in the United States requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional able to navigate complex regulations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

You will manage licensing, classification, audits, and training, shaping compliance programs across Benchmark’s aerospace, defense, and semiconductor sectors.

Qualifications

• Customs broker license or export compliance certification with renewal requirements.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years export experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of compliance to EAR, FTR and ITAR.
• Assist in review and/or writing export procedures.
• Manage licensing and documentation workflows.
• Conduct export classification (ECCN/USML) of documentation/products.
• Support audits and annual risk assessments for export programs.
