Job summary

Journeys 360 Travel, a boutique luxury travel agency and Virtuoso member, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, and customer experience management, with an emphasis on CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration with partners. Remote Independent Contractor role with ASAP timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in travel operations, hospitality, or tour management.
• Strong knowledge of flights, transportation logistics, and international geography.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Sabre and Google Ads/Analytics knowledge a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional style.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client bookings across tours, cruises, and customized itineraries.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries with destination knowledge.
• Assist in designing and refining travel itineraries with smooth flight, transfer, and hotel transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve issues.
• Support sales and marketing with data reports, presentations, and proposals using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Stay informed about destinations, cultural highlights, and travel trends to guide clients.

Journeys 360 Travel, a boutique luxury travel agency and Virtuoso member, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations and deliver exceptional client experience. This role requires a strong understanding of global destinations, travel logistics, and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate client bookings across tours, cruises, and customized itineraries.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries with professionalism and destination knowledge.
• Support in designing and refining detailed travel itineraries, ensuring smooth transitions between flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communications within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve any operational issues.
• Support sales and marketing with data reports, presentations, and proposals using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Stay informed about global destinations, cultural highlights, and emerging travel trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Manage social media /newsletter, and email content creation and postings along with any other adhoc projects assigned by the team.
• Manage Web content
• Any other duties and tasks assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
