Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking a Technical MATM Consultant to own MATM configuration, integrations, and production support in a remote role with some travel to Houston, TX. You will work directly with operations, analysts, and partners to design, validate, and support MATM solutions that optimize transportation planning and execution.

The role requires hands-on MATM expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable configurations and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting MATM.
• Navigate MATM administration and configuration capabilities and make configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot MATM configuration, processing, data, and integration issues.
• Strong understanding of transportation-management processes including planning, routing, tendering, and tracking.
• Experience designing MATM integrations with ERP, order-management, or data-platform solutions.

• Define and maintain the MATM integration design with internal systems.
• Provide technical design and delivery for MATM configurations and integrations.
• Production operations support and incident resolution for MATM.
