Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and clerical work.
• Knowledge of Title IV programs and withdrawal processing regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Administer Return of Title IV funds and state refund calculations.
