Job summary

Compass Integrated Services is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner for the Colorado market in a remote capacity. Join our Colorado brands to perform initial search and title examination, and support rate calculations for title products.

We value self-motivation, accuracy, and knowledge of Colorado statutes and title insurance regulations. Experience with refinance and purchase title work, and familiarity with Qualia and Title Data plants are a plus.

Qualifications

• Colorado Title Producers License is required.
• Ability to apply rates using underwriter rate manuals.
• Knowledge of Colorado statutes and Title Insurance Regulations.
• Experience with refinance and purchase title examination production.
• Experience searching title plants and county websites for title searches.
• Familiarity with Qualia production system and Title Data plants.
• Understanding of title endorsements and their application.
• Adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial search and exam work for title files.
• Calculate rates accurately for various title products.
• Provide exceptional support for title requests and revisions.
• Assist in policy issuance and post-closing requests as needed.
