First American is seeking a Title Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for title agents ordering search products and services. You will deliver high-quality customer service, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor orders from submission to completion in a remote-capable environment.

You will bring strong MS Office and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in escrow/title. A high school diploma and several years in title or curative lending are preferred, with the

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of contact regarding the search product and resolve escalated issues from search discrepancies.
• Research property details and back title on orders, reconciling discrepancies with clients and searchers.
• Keep parties informed about status or issues; direct questions to responsible parties.
• May participate in business development to maintain or acquire clients.
• Proactively contact vendors to ensure timely delivery of completed searches and update systems accordingly.
• May assist offshore team with questions and escalated issues.
• Utilize operating systems to coordinate workflows and respond to customer requests.
