Mortgage Connect is seeking a Title Clearance Coordinator to manage the title clearance process and coordinate communications between clients, borrowers, staff, and outside agencies to resolve issues promptly.

This remote role offers flexible work arrangements, with extensive benefits and a strong focus on customer service. California, Colorado, and New York applicants see a pay range of $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry.
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the title clearance process.
• Communicate with clients, borrowers, staff, and outside agencies.
• Review daily progress reports and SLA reports.
• Review title commitments for clearance with Title Commitment Coordinators.
• Assist borrowers with questions and concerns during the process.
