Natera, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for the tissue acquisition journey, spanning patients, clinics, pathology labs and operations teams.

You will partner with stakeholders across Natera to improve the tissue acquisition suite, building software to streamline end-to-end processes and support growth of Signatera testing. If you enjoy tackling complex problems to define scalable solutions in a dynamic environment, this role offers the chance to shape healthcare workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Healthcare, healthtech, or biotech background is a plus.
• Experience leading organizational transformation with customer service focus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in agile development and remote engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive product roadmap and evaluate outcomes aligning with mission and commercial ops.
• Drive innovation and strategy, prioritize features based on feedback to optimize UX.
• Define and track KPIs; analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define processes, SLAs and plan operational changes.
• Provide PRDs, user stories, user flows; manage backlogs and scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with UX, engineering and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
