Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead transformations with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile development and remote engineering leadership.

Responsabilités

• Drive product roadmap for the tissue acquisition journey and align with commercial operations to enhance customer experience.
• Define strategy, maintain roadmaps, and prioritize features based on feedback to optimize user experience.
• Define and track KPIs; analyze data to guide product decisions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to map processes and SLAs
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, user flows; manage backlogs and support scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with UX designers, engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
