• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, working independently and with partners across the organization.
• Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience.
