Qualifications

• Must have sales experience.
• Must reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has an active broker relationship.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, able to work independently and with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Possess sales experience and actively close deals to meet targets.
• Must reside in a state with an active Hilton Grand Vacations broker relationship.
