Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking driven sales professionals to close timeshare deals from a home-based setup in Hawaii. You will focus on delivering results while our team handles backend tasks and training supports your success.

The role emphasizes high-earning commission potential, ongoing Premier Sales Training, and comprehensive benefits. Active real estate license may be required and a flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling or closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a One Team mentality, working independently and with partners across the organization.
• Maintain professional appearance and actively participate in sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Possess sales experience and, if required in residence, an active state real estate license.
• Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship.
