Job summary

Vantaca is seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer in North Carolina to troubleshoot, diagnose, and triage issues escalated to the Tier 2 team. You will identify root causes and provide mitigtions while delivering an excellent customer experience from Wilmington.

You will work with Product, Design, and Engineering to resolve issues, write SQL queries, and craft fixes in C# within Visual Studio. A strong emphasis on communication and problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experiences as a Support Engineer at a SaaS company.
• Familiarity in C#, .NET, and SQL server.
• Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Triaging issues escalated to Tier 2 Support.
• Troubleshoot assigned and escalated issues.
• Resolve questions and provide solutions.
• Make code fixes to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Troubleshoot C# with Visual Studio debugger.
• Run SQL queries and provide datasets to clients.
• Create and update documentation on known bugs and processes.
