Job summary

Vantaca is seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer to join a fast-growing team focused on learning, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will triage, diagnose, and escalate as needed, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for clients.

You will resolve questions, perform code fixes in C# via Visual Studio, and run SQL queries to support data exports and proper CMP application function, while documenting known bugs and processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a SaaS support engineer.
• Familiar with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Proficient in debugging with Visual Studio.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve Tier 2 support issues.
• Troubleshoot C# code with Visual Studio debugger.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Create, contribute to, or validate documentation on known bugs and processes.
• Run SQL queries and provide clients with exported datasets.
