Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Telephone Support – answer queries professionally and log resolution in the ticketing system.
• E-mail & Chat Support – respond to messages and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist and educate customers on software/hardware, account management, and best practices.
• Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction; document interactions clearly.
• Handle inquiries related to hardware, software, wireless, OTAP, billing, upgrades, orders.
